Electronic warfare systems that allow rapid, predetermined electronic countermeasures responses should minimize crew intervention and validation requirements. This type of system response has been implemented in the design of new active, on-board ECM systems and in the development of 'smart' dispenser systems that can solve the complex stores management problem posed by a diverse, highly dense threat environment.
