Aiming at the complex environment for passenger flow distribution and considering the related research achievements in URTH, based on the theory and method of complex network, topology structure attribute, the measurement indexes sets and the reliability analysis method are developed; simulation method for network reliability-oriented is built; further, the typical URTH is selected for case study. In conclusion, the theory and method of the modeling and simulation of URTH are established.
