The article reviews the implementation and application results of the software aimed at organizing the technical training process without disconnecting from the production process. The purpose of the work is to monitor and evaluate the results of technical training for specialists of nondestructive testing, which is aimed at improving the training environment of railcar repair complex. Application of the developed software to organize a continuous training process allows carriage repair enterprises to maintain a high level of employees’ knowledge and also to make timely decisions on the necessity of retraining and skill improvement. There is a detailed analysis of the technical training results for the specialists, who work on nondestructive inspection of freight wagons assemblies and details in wagon repair companies. There is statistical analysis of training results by specialists and training subjects. Training topics which are the most difficult and the easiest to understand are revealed. The correlation between the test results and the average time to answer a question has been established. The professionals who successfully mastered the training materials and the professionals who were referred for repeated training and testing were identified. A comparative analysis of the average response time of specialists to test and interactive questions was conducted, which can be used as a criterion in determining the complexity level of the question.
