Many transport providers would like to meet the demand for sustainable mobility. In the current climate, willingness to get involved in Mobility as a Service (MaaS) is just as crucial as technological innovations, and companies need to work together with competitors and business partners. The Green Class example, discussed in this chapter, demonstrates how MaaSMobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) can work, but also that implementation cannot (yet) be secured for everyone; financial and infrastructural resources and openness in political bodies to adopt innovative concepts can be difficult to achieve.
