Taking the standardization and informatization for the acceptance management of urban rail transit equipment and facilities as the goal, the standardized processes of pre-acceptance and completion acceptance of rail transit equipment and facilities are put forward to optimize the acceptance management system of equipment and facilities, aiming at the non-standard acceptance process of equipment and facilities, unclear explanation of problems and incomplete rectification measures. In order to improve the level of intelligent acceptance control, using advanced workflow and Activiti parallel routing process technologies, a unified equipment and facilities multi-specialty management platform is implemented, which combines online status detection and offline resource caching. The platform realizes modularization of functions, humanization of operation, standardization of data, real-time information and visualization of approval. Many problems such as separation of multi majors, serious isolation of data and asynchronous information of multiple units in acceptance are solved.
