Recently, network control system (NCS) Ge et al. (2017) has been extensively applied in various fields owing to its low cost, simple installation, less wiring, easy maintenance, and high reliability. However, the implementation of ILC in NCSs which execute repeatedly is still an open problem Huang et al. (2014). The performance of the network control system will be deteriorated when the system suffers from time delays, data loss, communication noise, etc. Therefore, the robustness of ILC with data noise is critical in the successful implementation of ILC for NCSs.
