The paper describes a method of boosting a bypass ejector pulsating airbreathing jet engine capable to switch in some cases to cyclic detonation or quasi detonation mode and operate in the supersonic velocity region. Boosting is carried out due to partial conversion of fuel performed in the course of the engine operating cycle.
