Ruling the military by law has been included in the strategic layout of ruling the country by law, and the process of building the army by law has been launched. The Military Academy is the main position of military personnel training, and the military academy administrators are the important organizers, promoters and practitioners of ruling the military by law in the academy, so the promotion of its ability of ruling the military by law is very important. It can be seen from the survey that in recent years, the ability of military school administrators to rule of law has been improved, but for various reasons, there are still a series of problems in the use of law enforcement by military academy administrators. The rule of law ability of military school administrators should be enhanced by cultivating legal thinking, perfecting system and mechanism, and practicing the rule of law.
