The paper considers an electric pump unit of the spacecraft thermal control system. The aim of the work is to create a simulation model, which allows analyzing the distribution of temperature fields and the stress-strain state in the electric pump structure. The influence of structural materials on the transient behavior is also investigated for the changing the heat transfer agent temperature in the system.
