Abstract Based on studying the dimensional bonds of a numerically-controlled grinding machine used for manufacturing blades of gas turbine engines, we consider the nature of forming a dimensional error that defines the geometrical accuracy of the machine during multiaxis machining. Using the simulation-statistic method of modeling, we have obtained the spread area of geometrical errors for the numerically-controlled grinding machine that has five controlled axes.
