The design of spacecraft power system is to, from the perspective of overall spacecraft design, comprehensively analyze and make trade-off on the constraint factors such as power demands (peak power, average power, and the power required at the beginning of life and the end of life) for a particular satellite mission, orbital lighting conditions, satellite attitude and life, radiation damage, power component performance degradation, and external characteristics of solar cells and battery, then make a choice, and finally give the optimal design results of system performance, mass, size, reliability, and cost.
