It is difficult to quantify the impact of wind power fluctuation on power system LOLP and EENS, This paper proposes a quantification method based on equal-kwh following load. Firstly constructing a wind power without fluctuation model by means of equal-kwh following load; secondly, the LOLP and EENS before and after the wind power output transformation are calculated separately based on the equal-kwh following load model, quantify the effects of wind power fluctuations by comparing the LOLP and EENS differences in both cases. In addition, this paper analyzes LOLP and EENS from the perspective of wind power and load correlation. Finally, the accuracy of the proposed method is verified by actual data.
