Achievement of the requirements for accuracy and reliability of computing operations in technical systems, in general, and civil aviation, in particular, is one of the main tasks of the present time. Taking into account the tendency to switch the main navigation, communication, and radar systems is used to ensure the safety of civil aviation flights to an automated mode of operation, i.e., providing for minimal human intervention, and any error or interruption in the operation of computer systems can lead to severe consequences. Increasing the reliability of computing systems by known methods, such as excessive redundancy, can lead to cumbersome and high-cost systems that are difficult to use in civil aviation. Therefore, there is a problem of building computational blocks based on the development of optimization methods based on reliability criteria.
