In recent years, the unmanned distribution industry has developed rapidly, and a large number of unmanned delivery cars have begun to enter college and university campuses to provide terminal distribution services to consumers. In order to examine the willingness of college consumers to use unmanned delivery cars, from the perspective of consumer behavior, this paper takes teachers and students using unmanned delivery cars as the research object, takes the UTAUT2 model as the basic framework with the addition of risk perception and other variables, uses demographic characteristics and pick-up characteristics as two adjusting variables to explore the influencing factors of college consumers’ willingness to use. The research results show that perceived value, facilitating conditions and performance expectations have positive effects on college consumers’ willingness to use unmanned delivery cars, and the degree of influence decreased in turn. Perceived risk has a significant negative effect on consumers’ willingness to use unmanned delivery cars. Demographic characteristics and pick-up characteristics play moderating roles between influencing factors and intention to use.
