The solar thermal collector and photovoltaic systems are combined to form what is known as the hybrid solar collectors (PV/T). This method takes advantage of solar light and heat to generate electricity and thermal energy. This study conducts the heat transfer directions into the PV/T materials sections. The general objective of this paper is to know how heat is transferred through these sections via building a thermal model. The thermal behavior of PV/T collectors has a significant impact on how the PV/T outputs appear concerning each other. The common tool TRNSYS in the simulation of solar systems was selected to describe the thermal behavior of the PV/T. Using a standard pattern of meteorologicaldata for the middle days of three months in February, June, and October as reference weather data for TRNSYS components. The variations of the thermal and electrical efficiencies which aid the working fluid temperature due to the typical months have been investigated.
