The autonomous capture and docking control of swarm UAVs mainly uses critical technologies such as high-precision positioning and cooperative target docking to capture small fixed-wing UAVs by large transport aircraft quickly. This paper mainly focuses on the active capture device towing at the end of the flexible rope with position and attitude maneuverability. Through wind tunnel aerodynamic data and outdoors towing tests, the control characteristics of the towed UAV with terminal pose maneuverability are studied, and a set of the towed UAV control scheme is designed. The corresponding firmware and hardware system of the control system are also developed. The functional ground test shows that the control system meets the test requirements of the vehicle-mounted towed flight test.
