In these days, vehicles drive at very high speed in all areas due to that increasing the road accidents and increase the death rate. It is very important thing to control the automobile speed with saving the driver life. For this voidance of vehicle collision, we introduced new latest wireless protocol network called VANET. VANET is developed with wireless radio frequency called RF. Hence, a system needs to be developed to alert the drivers and to control their vehicle speed. Proposed system developed with integrated arm controller with RF technology. This system having RF module to void the accidents, void collisions between the vehicles in VANET network. Both RF transmitter and RF receiver will activate then it share the data depending on the activation of the module, we categorized as vehicle presents in the zone, when the vehicle presents in the zone motor speed automatically decreased to avoid collisions between other vehicles. RF transmitter section is completely off mode and RF receiver be online it seems that no data received from transmitter, we consider this mode is no vehicle in the zone. The proposed system work with Keil software, we need to program the code and compile in Keil IDE after debug, we dump code into ARM controller. This takes few seconds time to execute the required outcome.
