The identification of liability for traffic accidents is a key link in the process of road traffic accidents. It is a difficult problem in current practice to clarify the identification standard of liability for traffic accidents. By dividing the real situation of the accident into different dangerous scenes, with structured traffic accident events as the data source, the construction of standardized dangerous scene database platform, to achieve the reconstruction of the accident and simulation research, and digitized traffic rules and other elements, forming 30 kinds of dangerous scenes, and put forward the accident liability identification theory based on the safety principle.
