Focusing on the strong discipline coupling and high computational complexity in the small tactical missile integrated design, the multidisciplinary design optimization is used to demonstrate the missile integrated parameters. Based on the dynamic penalty function theory, an improved collaborative optimization is proposed for the missile integrated design. The missile configuration model, propulsion model, mass model, trajectory model and aerodynamics surrogate model are built. Based on the multidisciplinary feasible method and the improved collaborative optimization, the coupling variables among disciplines are coordinated, and the automatic process of missile integrated design simulation is constructed. Taking the minimum take-off mass as the objective function, it is reduced by 6.80% under the constraints. The results show that the improved collaborative optimization is feasible and superior, and has strong engineering application value in the small tactical missile integrated parameters demonstration.
