This study primarily focuses on the application of aviation emergency rescue in the context of frequent natural and accident disasters in China. Aviation emergency rescue, as a crucial component of the emergency rescue system, possesses characteristics such as wide rescue coverage, rapid response, and precise rescue objectives. It is considered the most effective approach to address natural and accident disasters by preventing the spread of disasters and reducing casualties and property losses. The objective of this study is to ensure the secure operation of multi-aircraft cooperation within complex aviation emergency rescue environments. This involves mitigating flight accidents, minimizing the risk of such accidents, ensuring the safety and precision of operational flights, and enhancing emergency rescue efficiency. The study encompasses three aspects: the application scenarios and requirements of multi-aircraft cooperation in aviation emergency rescue, the aircraft allocation and effectiveness evaluation for joint operations in various scenarios, and airspace route planning and control technology in complex disaster situations. This research employs the curve similarity method, Dubins path planning method, and Astar search algorithm to construct a route specification model and a multi-aircraft cooperation traffic control model. These models form the technical framework of the study.
