At present, although scholars have done a lot of research on maritime networks, there is still a certain distance to fully understand and utilize maritime communication networks. This monograph explores the problems existing in the maritime communication networks, including the establishment of a new network architecture based on SDN, the optimization of the offloading of computation-intensive tasks, and the application of maritime network multi-agent search and rescue, which provides some new ideas for solving mission-critical application driven intelligent maritime communications issues.
