As a high-risk project, flight test lacks the means of systematic planning and simulation analysis for flight test mission. Based on the characteristics of routine mission of flight test, this paper developed the test flight mission planning and playback verification tool by STKX component. On the one hand, the test mission design can be carried out visually and quickly through the support of model equipment database, and the risk items in the test flight process can be identified according to the prior simulation. On the other hand, playback and calculation for real test flight data can be carried out based on STK computing engine, so as to achieve the purpose of auxiliary analysis for test flight mission. The test flight mission planning and playback verification system focused on the flight test mission, solved the problem of high complexity of STK software, formed an independent database and an open interface, and has strong engineering application value for the forward mission design process and data analysis of the flight test personnel.
