This work is a modeling of the operational reliability of a person depending on workload. The task of calculating the values of aviation accidents probabilities depending on the workload of the pilot is set and solved. To calculate the reliability of flight crews based on the workload, it is necessary to establish indicators and values of acceptable accuracy, using fuzzy measures. An expert assessment method for calculating the properties of a person is used. Indicators of the pilot’s flight time of hours were established. This structure and the established values of indicators allow for continuous monitoring and rationing of operational reliability of airline flight resources to ensure flight safety. The result of the work is the method of development of new standards for the workload of flight crews recommended for civil aviation. The novelty of the result is indicators for time periods: flight task (day), month, three months, six months, year. Calculated indicators of pilot reliability values are a model for developing the airline’s strategy, for quantitative assessments of flight specialists, for standardizing professional activities, and managing training costs.
