Recently, large market of industrial machinery is formed across Asian countries due to the mechanization of industries. In China and India, where further economic growth is expected, stricter exhaust emissions regulations are phased in for industrial diesel engines with the rise of environmental consciousness. On the other hand, high durability, low fuel consumption and low cost are earnestly requested to those engines. In this paper, we introduce the techniques that we optimized fuel injection systems and both intake and exhaust systems to achieve low-fuel consumption, low-exhaust emissions and high-durability at the same time.
