An excerpt from cosmonaut Anatoly Berezovoy's diary regarding his life in space is presented. Among other things, a space station is a complex organism and is not always easy to understand the reason why something was going on. They were the first inhabitants of the new station and were the "test pilots." They had surprises all tile time. Must of them were minor problems, but they created a lot of uncomfortable situations and worries. By the third week of their flight, the temperature started to drop to between 1.8 degrees to 19 degrees Celsius (between 64 degrees to 66 degrees Fahrenheit). They reported this to the flight control center and they let them know that they were very cold.
