An Electromagnetic Environment (EME) radio spectrum survey was conducted at the Hampton Harbour Center. This survey was conducted for the NASA Science Mission Directorate to provide critical EME data prior to installing an Earth Observation Satellite Receiving Base Station on the 14th floor balcony of the Hampton Harbour Center building owned and operated by Hampton University. Multiple 24 hour observations over consecutive days and weekends formed the basis of this EME Survey. The objective was to determine if there exists any external sources of electromagnetic interferers within the intended frequency bands of operation of the Satellite Receiving Base Station.
