The rocket stabilizers are for controlling the behavior of spinning rockets in space. All components of the stabilizer are contained within the rocket and are completely isolated from the rocket's external environment. Components of the system include a power source, a control circuit, a rate gyro, a flywheel, a flywheel motor and a gimbaled yoke.
