This Graduate Research Project is an improvement to the Tanker Employment Model developed by Maj. Margaret Romero. Her model which uses Excel VBA is used to determine the tanker capacity requirements needed to perform specific user defined tanker employment missions. The output is useful for rough-cut analysis of the tanker employment mission. The improvement to the Tanker Employment Model is the capability to use multiple tanker types simultaneously. The model chooses the optimum order for the tanker types and number of tankers to support a specific tanker employment mission. It also provides additional information to compare the use of multiple tankers.
