The action consists of constructing a protected moorage facilities for recreational craft at Brownsville, Washington, on Puget Sound. The project will provide protected boat moorage for recreational craft on Puget Sound. Shellfish production on the 2 1/2 acres under the breakwaters would be eliminated and the harvest of shellfish in the 10 acres boat basin may be reduced and made unaccessible. The breakwater would create a visual impact on the setting.
