The video focuses on very brief interviews with women who are presently employed in NASA's STS (Space Transportation System), better known as the space shuttle. The women interviewed work in positions ranging from electrical engineer, to aerial photography analyst, to safety specialist, as well as astronaut mission specialist. Some managed to obtain their training through special government funding, one through working her way up the ranks, and others through education.
