The study involved four steps: (1) analysis of operational missions and derivation of training requirements; (2) analysis of trainee input factors; (3) definition of the characteristics of required synthetic training equipment; and (4) development of plans for the funding and procurement of the required synthetic training equipment. Steps 1 and 2 have been reported, while Steps 3 and 4 are covered in this report. (Author)
