An integral, shock-isolated running gear unit for incorporation into a missile launcher. These integral units compromise a combination of actuators and rolling devices which are cooperable with tracks defined in opposite walls of a shelter for controlling the displacement of the launcher within the shelter. Such arrangement further includes swing arms which provide for isolation of the launcher from an environmental shock waves transmitted to the launcher via the shelter. An additional shock absorbing function may be performed by the above said actuators. (Author).
