The Aerospace Industries Association of Canada aims to promote the health of the Canadian aerospace industry by providing an industry voice to government agencies, the press, and the public, by developing and coordinating aerospace industry views and encouraging discussion of problems within the industry, by advising governments in developing and programs and policies, by initiating proposals to government which enhance the future of the industry, and, in general, in promoting a harmonious relationship with governments. Descriptions of the activities of the various subcommittees of the association are presented. Industry statistics for the past three years with a projection for 1993 are presented. These show a general pattern of growth in the industry in the past three years. A listing of member companies is provided.
