This report gives aspects on how a multistatic sensor network should be designed to track low signature targets (stealth) at low altitude. Different techniques to minimize the radar cross-section on stealth targets are discussed. The maximum range and the density of radar nodes are discussed. As a low altitude low signature target the cruise missile is selected. The radar signature of a cruise missile was measured and simulated. It was shown that the simulation and the measurements had very good agreement. A radar simulation tool of the cruise missile was used to simulate the performance of tracking in a radar network. The tracking results indicate that the measurement accuracy is high both in positioning and speed estimation.
