The bibliography was prepared to fulfill requests for bibliographic searches on Spacecraft Fires. The impetus for these requests have increased following the tragic loss of three Mission Apollo astronauts while on the launch pad during January 1967. References deal with a study on the minimization of fire and explosion hazards in advance flight vehicles. The references primarily deal with these fire hazards in spacecraft, but other advanced flight vehicles are considered. Atmosphere control in pressurized space capsules also receives special consideration as far as the ignitibility of materials in a 100% oxygen environment. (Author)
