The report is concerned with the existing traffic congestion problems in the Village of Brewster resulting from rapid growth and development in the surrounding area. It identifies the problems in the existing road network, the location of regional and local traffic generators and presents recommendations for reduction of traffic congestion in the Village. It also concerns itself with the major problem of the lack of commuter and public parking in the Village. Finally, it directs its attention to the Penn Central Railroad Railhead located in Village and the proposals for its expansion and redevelopment.
