The proposal concerns the construction and relocation of U.S. route 4, 202, and New Hampshire route 9 in order to relieve traffic congestion. The project will include two lanes approximately 3.3 miles, and is located in Merrimack County, N.H. Environment effects are: Improved traffic engineering; highway safety; reduction in noise and air pollution, land acquisition; and relocation of four residences and one business.
