This paper introduces and studies the game and pricing between high speed passenger ship and potential sea bus. High-speed passenger ship is the most important travel mode for tourists and residents on the island at present. It has the advantages of high speed and high comfort, but its high fares make people unbearable. Therefore, a new way of sea travel is urgently needed to meet the travel needs of passengers, and the sea bus is the most potential. We consider a duopoly market composed of high-speed passenger ship and sea bus, and propose three types of price competition games: (I) Cournot model, (II) Stackelberg model dominated by highspeed passenger ship, and (III) Stackelberg model dominated by sea bus. The analysis results of the three models all show that the weather has a significant impact on the two travel modes, and only when the impact of the weather on them is within a certain threshold range, can the benefits of the two travel modes be accurately compared.
