Vehicle accidents are growing extremely lack of control over the system during dark. The unexpected crossing of objects, animals or humans on the highways makes the driver make indecisive actions due to the loss of his cognition at that state, results in loss of control of the vehicle which causes accidents. Nowadays, sensor technology is moving forward to play several roles in order to serve various applications especially to avoid causalities takes place in night mode accidents. In this paper, an automated system along with sensor technology is implemented with cognitive behaviour into an automobile and a perceptive framework for vehicular automation is introduced. Here, sensor technology along with infrared (IR) cameras are fitted which recognise gait of an individual at some infrared distance away from automobile using K-means pattern recognition algorithm and this automated system controls the speed when the system of a vehicle (car) lost its command over it. Thus, the practice of this technology in automobiles overcomes accidents during the night time and avoids fatal causalities which help to save one's lives.
