Summary form only given. In a series of papers, we have shown that the terahertz (THz) radiation is emitted from current biased, magnetic-field applied and magnetic-flux trapped superconducting YBCO films as well as the semiconductor photoconductive switch with the irradiation of femtosecond (fs) laser pulses. We reported the phenomena at CLEO/IQEC '98. In the paper, we propose and demonstrate two applications of the phenomena; mapping of supercurrent distribution and magnetic-flux trap memory.
