An optically bandpass filtered SOA-EDFL laser link with suppressed phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz and improved supermode noise suppression ratio of 90 dB after harmonic mode-locking and fiber-based pulse compression (to 3.1 ps) are demonstrated.
