Considering large space and high flow of passenger in high-speed railway station, a new double-layer control scheme is proposed to optimize the normal operation of the air conditioning and shift the peak load for load demand response. According to thermodynamic model of building, multi operation scenarios of comfort type and energy saving type are designed by intraday information scene optimization control with consideration of the visitors flowrate and the passengers' comfort level in high-speed railway station. And intra-day operation is designed to follow the day ahead scheduling plan and load demand response in emergency with the incremental PMV as the goal. Case studies verify the correctness and feasibility of the above schemes.
