In this paper, a process of geometric correction for IR scanning images based on GPS/IMU position and orientation data is proposed, which includes GPS/IMU data preprocessing, geometric correction according to the collinear equation, and multi-strip mosaicing. The experiment results show that the presented method get an ideal effect.
