We demonstrate the generation of the 63/sup rd/ harmonic of a Ti:sapphire laser pulse from boron plasma. Typical conversion efficiencies were evaluated to be between 10/sup -4/ (for third harmonic) and 10/sup -7/ (within the plateau range).
