We shows the concept design of the apparatus. It is composed of a photocathode RF gun, two psec Nd:YLF lasers, one for electron pulse source and the other for spectroscopy with an OPO unit, and a timing control and signal processing system. In addition, there is a Klystron system which feeds high power RF into the gun for electron acceleration.
