The Field Wave Gaging Program is a multi-year effort to obtain data sets of nearshore wave conditions for the entire US coastline. A five-year plan that provides the locations and schedules of existing and planned gage deployments based on FY90 budget projections is presented. Data requirements and gage deployments are presented in a series of tables and maps for each US Army Corps of Engineers coastal Division. An updated plan will be published annually.
