A sleepiness level prediction device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a vehicle information acquisition unit (10) that acquires information regarding a vehicle; a driver information acquisition unit (20) that acquires information regarding a driver; and a control unit (40) that calculates, on the basis of the acquired information regarding the vehicle, a stimulus quantity (S) provided to the driver on the basis of the driver's present driving load and the driving load after a predetermined time period, that calculates a non-acclimation degree (H) indicating a degree to which the driver is not acclimated to driving, on the basis of a change (ΔS) of the calculated stimulus quantity (S), and that predicts a sleepiness level (D1) of the driver after a predetermined time period on the basis of the calculated non-acclimation degree (H) and the driver's present sleepiness level (D0) estimated on the basis of the acquired information regarding the driver.
