본 발명은 3D 환경 기반 고정정반 선박 블록 배치 계획 시스템에 관한 것으로, 3D 환경 상에서 실제 선박 블록의 설계 형상을 활용한 배치 시뮬레이션을 수행하고, 바 차트(Bar-chart) 및 테이블 형태의 작업 계획 수립 모듈과 데이터를 연동하여 고정정반 상의 블록 배치 및 작업 일정 계획을 동시에 수립할 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 제안한다.
