An objective of the present invention is to monitor the conditions of a bunkering ship or a liquefied gas ship to predict a change in the condition of the liquefied gas ship, to predict the amount of liquefied gas stored in the liquefied gas ship, and to determine the actual delivery amount of liquefied gas according to the prediction result. According to an aspect of the present invention, a bunkering method comprises the steps of: determining a target liquefied gas delivery amount to be supplied from a bunkering ship to a liquefied gas ship; collecting conditions of the liquefied gas ship; collecting conditions of the bunkering ship; predicting conditions of the liquefied gas ship that change in the process of supplying liquefied gas; predicting the amount of liquefied gas stored in the liquefied gas ship; and determining an actual delivery amount of liquefied gas according to the predicted condition of the liquefied gas ship or the amount of liquefied gas stored in the liquefied gas ship.
