The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charging method for replacing a battery by penetrating a bumper or a vehicle chassis of an internal combustion engine vehicle or an electric vehicle. In accordance with the electric vehicle charging mechanism, a battery pack housing at least one battery and a power supply unit related with motor driving are connected through a cable or the like and a vehicle is used, and then, when charging is needed, an opening/closing device installed on a bumper or a vehicle structure is opened, and a used battery is removed and replaced with a charged new battery. Moreover, in the case of a vehicle with a built-in battery, a battery replacement type electric vehicle charging mechanism includes a means for physical connection with a replaced battery. In addition, the present invention relates to a battery replacement type electric vehicle charging apparatus having a structure in which a bumper includes an openable battery insertion exit or a bumper is opened to one side, and a structure transformable into various forms such as a bumper independently protecting a slot and the like, capable of safely protecting a battery pack in case of a front/rear side collision through at least one bumper installed therein.

    본 발명은 내연기관 차량이나 전기차의 범퍼 또는 차량골격을 관통하여 배터리를 교체하는 방법의 전기차 충전 방법에 관한 것이다. 한 개 이상의 배터리를 수용할 수 있는 배터리팩과 모터구동에 관련된 전원부를 케이블 등으로 연결하고 차량을 이용하다가, 충전이 필요한 경우, 범퍼 또는 차량구조에 설치된 개폐장치를 열고, 사용후 배터리를 제거하고, 충전된 새 배터리로 교환하는 방식의 전기차 충전방식이다. 또한, 내장된 배터리가 있는 차량의 경우 교환된 배터리와 물리적으로 연결하는 수단을 포함하는 배터리 교환방식 전기차 충전방식이다. 또한, 개폐가 가능한 배터리 삽입사출구를 포함하는 범퍼 또는 범퍼가 일방으로 개방되는 구조 및 독립적으로 슬롯을 보호하는 범퍼 등 다양한 변형이 가능한 구조로서, 한 개 이상의 범퍼를 설치하여, 전후방 추돌시 배터리팩을 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 배터리 교환방식 전기차 충전장치이다.
